                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                 THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE AN 
                 AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC. 
                 RELATIVE TO THE SPRING CREEK PUMP STATION AND 
                 CATOOSA COUNTY LIFT STATION, MORE PARTICULARLY 
                 DESCRIBED HEREIN, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED 
                 THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED 
                 TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($376,125.00).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
       Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. relative to needed 
       revised design and contract document preparation for the Spring 
       Creek Pump Station and Force Main and the Catoosa County Lift 
       Station (Contract Nos. 53B-1 and 53B-2) including surveys, 
       easement preparation, construction phase services and inspection 
       for a fee not to exceed $376,125.00.
